Return & Refund Policy

We want your shopping experience to be worry-free. You can return your order within 14 days of delivery.

To receive a full refund, items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached. You can also choose an exchange or store credit if you prefer.

If a product arrives faulty or not as described, we’ll cover the return shipping costs. Refunds are processed promptly once we’ve received and checked the items.

How to Start a Return

1. Email us at support@aticity.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.

2. We’ll reply with instructions and, if needed, a prepaid return label.

3. Send the items back within 14 days of receiving your order.

4. Once your return is received, we’ll process your refund, exchange, or store credit.
